GRAY MATTERS/DR. SACARIN CENTER ADHD STUDY IN COLLABORATION WITH THE FACULTY OF THE YALE SCHOOL OF MEDICINE.
Dr. Sacarin Center is working with other leading clinics around the U.S. to study the benefits of advanced neurofeedback and photobiomodulation for the treatment of ADHD. Study design and analysis are a collaboration with the Faculty of The Yale School of Medicine.

WHAT IS NEUROFEEBACK?
Neurofeedback is an advanced form of brain training in which brain activity (EEG) is monitored and analyzed in real time, with a program adjusting the brightness and volume of a screen to reward desired brain activity. (This study will be using the most advanced form of neurofeedback available, called swLORETA neurofeedback.)
WHAT IS PHOTOBIOMODULATION?
Photobiomodulation (also known as light therapy) delivers a specific wavelength of light to promote changes in brain function.
Both treatments are considered non-invasive.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Children aged 10 to 14 who have been diagnosed with ADHD and are not medicated. Participation in the study will require attending 3 in-person sessions per week for 10 consecutive weeks.
