Tomatis Effect - Listening Learning Programs
Dr. Alfred Tomatis' Listening Learning Program™ Psycho-Motor Integration® and Sensory-Motor Education®; are integrated by the Sacarin Listening, Movement and Development Center to train and educate children and adults to develop their neuro-cognitive skills and enhance sensory integration abilities. Our full-time center offers individualized training, workshops and consulting by Liliana Sacarin, PsyD, CC, LMHCA, using Dr. Tomatis' Method of auditory stimulation and movement techniques in Seattle, Bellevue, and Bellingham, Washington.

Tomatis Method Trained and Certified by Dr. Alfred Tomatis - Dr. Liliana Sacarin is an expert in the field of auditory processing techniques. For over 18 years she has been a leader in the field of Tomatis and Tomatis-based listening programs.

    • Auditory Training Solutions:

    Tomatis-Effect Listening Learning Programs and other Tomatis-inspired programs: iLs (Integrated Listening Systems), LiFT (Listening Fitness Training), TLP (The Listening Program).

    An expert in auditory training techniques, Dr. Liliana Sacarin provides assessments and individualized recommendations based upon the most appropriate auditory techniques for each client. These assessments take into consideration in-depth sensory processing, language processing, attention and cognitive abilities.

    Dr. Sacarin also integrates Tomatis-based Listening with Movement programs to facilitate learning, development, and expand potential in children and adults.

    Home Tomatis-effect listening programs are available on an individual basis as required by some circumstances or for out-of-town clients.

    Neurofeedback and Interactive Metronome programs are offered as well.

    Dr. Alfred Tomatis theorizes listening skills play a central role in everyone's learning, social, cognitive and motor development. Children who have trouble concentrating (ADD/ADHD), struggle with academic achievement (dyslexia, reading, writing, and math challenges) or present with sensory processing, sensory integration challenges (such as Autism, PDD, premature birth, sensory sensitivities, etc.) benefit from our Tomatis-based listening education programs.
